Trinity Avenue Cottage sits on the ground floor throughout, making it practical for families or those who prefer to avoid stairs. The open-plan living and dining area flows into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric range, induction hob, dishwasher, and enough counter space to prepare meals or pack a picnic. Doors open onto an enclosed garden with furniture, a sheltered spot away from the busier seafront.

Both bedrooms are kingsize with televisions and their own ensuite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. A third bathroom with a bath and shower serves the whole property. The space sleeps four and welcomes one dog, with a crate provided. Parking for three cars is on site. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; heating is gas central. A welcome pack arrives with you, and the property has a travel cot and highchair if needed. There is external CCTV for security. No smoking indoors, and the garden has a step.
