The building spreads across three floors and can sleep 11 across six bedrooms, making it suitable for large families or groups. One pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted.

The ground floor holds two living spaces, one with a woodburner, plus a separate dining room and a bright kitchen equipped for serious cooking: two electric ovens, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge freezer among other appliances. Glass doors lead from here into an enclosed back garden with decked patio, AstroTurf lawn and barbecue—useful for groups who need space to spread out. Upstairs are the six bedrooms: a super-kingsize with an ensuite bath on the first floor, four doubles and one single across the remaining rooms, with two further bathrooms including a walk-in bath. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included. The property is private to you alone, with parking for two cars and a bike store.

Bridlington's beach is a short walk away, with the harbour and old town a little further. The house sits in a quiet residential street but remains convenient for accessing both seafront attractions and the town centre.
