Waterside Lodge

Waterside Lodge sits on a single storey, everything accessible from ground level. You arrive into an open-plan living space with a smart TV and views across the grounds, moving naturally into a dining and kitchen area where you can prepare meals properly—electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and full refrigeration included. Two bedrooms lie to one side: one with a double bed, the other with two singles. The shower room completes the layout. Outside, decking with seating overlooks the lake, and there's parking for two cars.

The holiday park provides an indoor heated swimming pool (20m by 8m, open 09:00 to 16:00), a children's play area, and direct access to the beach. Withernsea town centre is within reach for shops and restaurants. An unfenced lake sits in the grounds, so families with young children should be aware. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; heating comes from central system. The property is non-smoking throughout.
