Wayside Cottage

Wayside Cottage suits families after space and flexibility, couples wanting countryside quiet, or small groups of friends. The bungalow sits in open farmland near North Froddingham, countryside views across fields, but within easy reach of market town shopping and sandy beaches. Everything is on the ground floor: two bedrooms (one double, one with zip-and-link twins that split into singles), a shower room, and a generous kitchen/dining space with windows overlooking the fields. A sofa bed in the living room, warmed by a woodburner, adds extra sleeping capacity for one.

The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi come with your stay; initial logs for the woodburner are included. If you have a young baby, a travel cot and highchair are available. One dog stays free and has the run of the enclosed front garden; the rear garden has a patio, furniture and barbecue for outdoor meals. Parking for two cars is on site. This is sheep country, so dogs must stay on a lead elsewhere. No smoking in the property.
