Woodlands - Bridlington Links

Bridlington Links Golf Course sits on the Yorkshire coast, and Woodlands occupies a quiet corner of the surrounding estate. The landscape here is rural and open—Sewerby Woods frame the grounds, and the village of Sewerby lies within walking distance, where you'll find a pub and chip shop. The site itself has a clubhouse that serves meals, and in summer the terrace overlooks the sea. An 18-hole golf course, driving range and gym are available on-site (payable locally). Horse riding and wildlife spotting are nearby.

The lodge is detached and sits on one level. It has two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and ensuite, the other with bunk beds suitable for children—plus a separate shower room. The open-plan living space combines a lounge with a 43-inch smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped for cooking. A large decked sitting area with garden furniture opens from the main space. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog stays free; two dogs are permitted if kept on a lead. Private parking is available for two or three cars, and you have the whole property to yourself.

The shared grounds include an unfenced lake 700 yards away. The decking can become slippery in winter, particularly with frost and fallen leaves. No smoking inside.
