Pakefield sits on the Suffolk Heritage Coast between Lowestoft and Southwold, a working coastal village where the beach is just 150 yards away. Grayson Avenue is a semi-detached cottage backing onto a large enclosed garden with patio and seating—the sort of outdoor space where you can settle in with coffee or spend an afternoon while children play safely on the lawn. One dog stays free.
Inside, everything is on one level. The living room has a Smart TV; the kitchen is fitted with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, enough to prepare proper meals or keep things simple. Bedroom one holds a double bed (4ft 6in), bedroom two has two singles. The bathroom combines bath and shower. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. A welcome pack arrives with you, and there is parking for one car on the property.
The village has a pub and restaurant within walking distance (¾ mile), and a shop at half a mile. The Norfolk Broads National Park, Southwold, Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere are all within a day's reach. Golf and fishing are available within 5 miles. No smoking inside.
