Mill House

Couples and small families will find Mill House works well as a self-contained base for a coastal break. The conversion of a former industrial building has retained character—a wood burner anchors the ground-floor living space—while the open-plan layout of lounge, dining area and kitchen keeps everything practical and connected. Two double bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom, so four guests can spread out comfortably. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking from scratch, and the back garden has a patio and seating area if you want to sit outside.

Essentials are covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included, plus fuel for the wood burner to get you started. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is a short walk from Beccles town centre and The Angel Inn, with the coast nearby. There is private parking for three cars. No smoking inside. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
