This stone-built cottage retains the character of its fishing heritage while meeting modern comforts. The ground floor contains an open-plan living and dining space with a wood-burner, a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double (4ft 6in) and one with bunks (3ft), plus a shower room. The property sleeps four and comes with Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels included; initial fuel for the wood-burner is provided.
Pakefield sits on the Suffolk coast a short walk from the beach. The Trowel & Hammer pub is roughly 500 yards away. The cottage has a back garden with seating and furniture, and on-road parking is available (additional public car parks are nearby at cost). One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking inside.
