Sea View Cottage

Sea View Cottage is a single-storey property where everything happens on one level—no stairs to negotiate when you arrive. The ground floor opens directly into a living room with Freeview TV and DVD player, flowing through to a dining area and kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Two bedrooms sleep four: one with a double bed, the other with twin singles. The bathroom has both a bath and shower cubicle. A courtyard with garden furniture sits outside, and there is parking for two cars on site.

The cottage stands 50 yards from the beach at Felixstowe, with sea views across the water. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with heating and hot water. Felixstowe town centre—shops, restaurants and a bar within walking distance—is close by. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The location works well for exploring the Suffolk coast and inland attractions: Rendlesham Forest, Woodbridge, Orford Castle, Aldeburgh, and the concert hall at Snape Maltings all lie within reasonable reach for day trips.
