The building retains original features—exposed brick fireplaces in the living and dining rooms, cast iron grates in both bedrooms, and restored Victorian doors—alongside new additions including a bespoke staircase, updated kitchen and ground-floor toilet.

Downstairs holds the living room with Smart TV and electric woodburner, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the rear garden through French doors. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring both bath and shower, while the second bedroom contains zip-and-link twin beds. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are covered. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer-dryer, useful for longer stays. An enclosed courtyard garden with BBQ space and on-road parking complete the setup. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.
