Collis House Annex

Draycott is a quiet village in Erewash, positioned between Derby and Nottingham but feeling distinctly rural—fields stretch from the property, and footpaths lead directly into the surrounding countryside. Collis House Annex occupies the ground floor of a larger house, giving you complete privacy and your own entrance three steps up from the front.

Inside, everything is on one level. An open-plan living space combines the kitchen and dining area, where you'll find an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and coffee machine for preparing meals. The sitting room has a smart TV and comfortable seating that opens onto a patio with garden furniture. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (4ft 6in), are served by their own ensuite shower rooms. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are provided; there's also parking for two cars on site. One well-behaved dog is welcome at no extra charge.

The village suits anyone wanting accessible countryside without urban noise. Historic Elvaston Castle—with its gardens and woodlands—is nearby for longer exploration, though you may find the immediate walking right outside more appealing.
