What visitors say
Filthy, cold, run down and smells very bad. Poorly priced. The equipment is seriously run down. Much is broken, what isn’t broken is dirty. There are numerous areas of what looks to me like mould (pictured). Even the bits that don’t appear mouldy are very dirty. The whole place is filthy. The place smells terrible. It is very cold. They also charge £6 for a 1 year old despite the only area really being accessible to them is a tiny dirty ball pit with a slide. Adults are not allowed to help tots to climb up or go around the bigger frame. I am unsure how this place has so many good reviews. It is one of the worst soft plays I’ve been to.

Sat 23/05 (heatwave weather) We booked to arrive at 5.30pm, on arrival we were told we could have any table, we thought we were in the Marie Celeste, we ordered our food and drinks and the food arrived very quickly (due to so few customers), the food was excellent quality and cooked perfectly, unfortunately we couldn't wait to eat and leave this establishment due to the sticky table tops and menus stuck together, plus the windows don't appear to have been cleaned for a long while, the seats were also in a state of poor cleanliness, we noticed that many of outside seating/tables were vacant! Also the atmosphere was not good. I visited around 20+ years ago and it was busy, vibrant, clean and had a great atmosphere. What has gone wrong?

Me and my husband visited this place with our kids on this Saturday 25th April. It was wonderful experience and kids loved it. Nice play area which kept kids occupied and we had our drinks peacefully. Special thanks to ‘Kathleen Beckett’ very friendly and awesome lady. She kept eyes on kids whenever we popped out for drinks or smoke. Very helpful and jolly person. We loved the food too.

I’ve taken my children to the play area here a couple of times, staff always friendly with children and parents. The food is ok for what it is average, the kids seem to enjoy it. I do sometimes feel for the staff here there is always some parents that seem to want to argue about the rules of play. On my last visit the poor lady on shift had to get a manager involved as one parent was kicking off about the height limit on the equipment, the lady on shift looked rather uneasy about how the aggressive man was talking to her. Other than this, it’s not a bad place to entertain the kids for an hour or so

Some reviews mention the staff can be unprofessional.
