Walking through the entrance, you step into a ground floor designed for a gathering—the living room spreads out with a wood-burning stove, Smart TV, and enough entertainment to keep people occupied: pool table, air hockey, table football. French doors open onto the garden. The kitchen and dining area sit alongside, equipped for cooking at scale, with an electric range, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and air fryer, plus its own garden access.

Upstairs and down, the six bedrooms are arranged to suit different group shapes: a super king on the ground floor (convertible to two singles if needed), a bunk bedroom for children, two king bedrooms with en-suite showers on the first floor, and two further twin rooms. Three bathrooms in total serve the house, including a main bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle. The essentials—heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels—are provided, as is the initial load for the wood burner and a welcome pack.

The property sits within shared grounds that include a lake and allows parking for six cars on site. One small dog stays free. The enclosed garden has barbecue facilities and garden furniture. No smoking throughout, and the house is not available for hen or stag parties.
