Belmore Court & Motel

The receptionist Shane was very nice when he welcomed us. The rooms were very nice and we got new towels everyday, you just have to ask. Also, there was another lovely receptionist who gave us coupons to Franco’s. The only problem with the location is that it’s a wee bit of a walk to the town.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Absolutely delicious breakfast! Coffee and food were all very good and plentiful and HOT! A nice change from some other places we have stayed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Shane at Belmore Court Hotel. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. His customer service is genuinely top tier and he is a real credit to the hotel. Slight hiccup during our stay, but Shane dealt with it quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Shane went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and were as comfortable as possible. Five stars for Shane alone! Thank you for making our stay so much more enjoyable!

My husband and I stayed in the motel part. Check in was slow. There was one person already at the desk when we arrived but we were still waiting around 10 minutes. Then when we were checking in the receptionist said that there was a balance due. There wasn't, we had paid in full and had the booking confirmation saying this. The receptionist kept saying that it was telling her a balance was due. She eventually went into their emails to find our booking confirmation which showed we had paid in full and we finally got checked in. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were extremely flat and only one pillow each. There is a kitchenette which is great although some of the plates were dirty so obviously hadn't been cleaned by a previous guest and not checked. The basin was in the bedroom. The bathroom was extremely small and as we were on the top floor, the roof was slanted and it made the already small shower even smaller. Also, due to the slant, the shower curtain did not close completely. The bedroom was the only room with heating and the other rooms (bathroom, kitchenette and hall) were very cold. Bedroom was a good size and there was a good TV. Staff we friendly. Location was fantastic, could walk everywhere. There's lots of parking. We would stay again.
