Chilmello Cottage

Chilmello Cottage is a ground-floor property in Pittenweem, a working fishing village in the East Neuk where traditional crow-step gabled houses line the harbour. The cottage sits a short walk from the village centre, with a rear garden that includes a sitting area and summerhouse. One bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom, and a living room with woodburner make up the interior. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and washing machine, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included.

Pittenweem's harbour is where fishing boats still land their catch each morning. Beyond the village, the Fife Coastal Path runs along the shore, and nearby are tidal pools at St Monans and Cellardyke, plus beaches further along at Elie. There's a pub within a mile. Dogs stay free, and one well-behaved dog is welcome here. The cottage doesn't allow smoking. You arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:00.
