Kirkside Cottage

Leven sits on Fife's coast between the East Neuk's fishing villages and St Andrews. Kirkside Cottage occupies a quiet lane beside Largo and Newburn Parish Church, within walking distance of the shore and surrounded by the kind of landscape that draws people to this stretch of Scotland—golf courses, coastal paths, and small towns with real character. Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth are all within an hour's drive.

The cottage is a single-storey property with two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles) and a bathroom on the ground floor. You get a sitting room with an open fire, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and an enclosed paved garden where you can sit outside or request the barbecue. One pet stays free. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; in winter months, the fire comes with its first fuel load. There is on-road parking and bike storage.

A pub stands 200 yards away; shops are two miles off. The Sea Life Centre, Deer Park, and several historic houses and gardens lie within short drives. Golfers will find a course half a mile away, and watersports are available at Elie. No smoking in the property.
