St Monans sits on the Fife coast where fishing boats still work from the harbour, and Seaclusion is a three-storey townhouse positioned on a quiet street above the village centre. A short walk downhill brings you to the water's edge and the East Pier, with coastal paths branching out to neighbouring villages in either direction. The house has been refurbished throughout and sleeps eight across four bedrooms: two doubles, one king-size bed that can be split into singles, and another king-size, spread over the first and second floors. Two bathrooms—one with a bath and shower, one with both a bath and separate shower cubicle—serve the bedrooms.
The ground floor holds a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, leading to a living and dining room with a woodburning stove and smart TV. A rear garden and on-road parking are available to guests. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; central heating keeps the house warm. The property is non-smoking, and one well-behaved pet is welcome to stay. Seaclusion works equally well for a family group, friends gathering for a coastal break, or multiple couples holidaying together.
