The Terrace

The East Neuk of Fife's string of working fishing villages—St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Crail—sit within walking distance or a short drive. Elie's award-winning beach is reachable on foot. St Andrews lies 20 minutes away by car, and Anstruther's shops, bars and restaurants are five minutes' drive if the weather turns. Pittenweem hosts an art festival each August when locals open their homes and studios.

The Terrace is a ground-floor apartment sleeping two, arranged in one open-plan level. A fully equipped kitchen connects to a living area with a 43-inch smart TV; the bedroom has its own en-suite toilet and sink, while a separate bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The bed is a zip-and-link kingsize that splits into two singles on request. Across the road, an enclosed shared garden catches the sun through most of the day. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen has everything needed to cook properly. An on-road parking space comes with the property. One small dog is welcome; smoking is not permitted.
