Rose Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage in Leven, Fife, sleeping four people. The entire ground floor is yours alone, with a living room centred on an open fire, a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, and a shower room. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedroom two has two singles. Pets stay free, and there is private parking for four cars on site.

The cottage sits at the edge of Teasses estate, facing the Victorian walled garden that fronts the property. Behind it, a patio with seating looks out over farmland. A chiminea and back garden offer more outdoor space. Inside, the kitchen-diner and living area are set up for groups to cook and eat together. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; initial fuel for the fire comes with the booking. A natural spring supplies the water.

Leven is on the coast within reach of the East Neuk's villages and beaches. St Andrews and several golf courses are accessible from here. The estate itself runs fishing, stalking and shooting activities. No smoking is permitted indoors.
