Absolutely exceptional!!! Without doubt, the best hotel/guest house we've stayed in within England. Would even go as far as to say within the world, and we've been everywhere, in plenty of 5 star hotels. Booking was a breeze, the owner James, is an absolute credit to the hospitality industry. So welcoming and accomdating, their rooms have the real wow factor. Stop looking for anywhere else in filey, book this hotel, and be amazed. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, this is Without doubt a hidden gem on the filey coast. The rooms are simply spectacular. After slim pickings in Bridlington and Bempton on our walk, Filey Grange Guest House felt like a lottery win. Spacious, artractive, meticulously clean, king-sized bedroom, separate bath, huge smart TV and -- and this was the icing on the cake -- even a bottle opener and pair of wine glasses. It was so lovely we largely bailed on Filey itself and played board games (also provided) in our room sipping wine instead. James (& co?) have paid attention to what makes people happy when they arrive in a hotel room and made that the minimum. Great location too: a few minutes to the prom, about two minutes to the hub of the city. If we're in these parts again, we're staying here.

Having stayed for three nights at Filey Grange Guest House June 8th/9/ 10th we had warm welcome by James , everything was catered for beautiful room Egyptian white sheets and pillowcases bed made up beautifully milk in fridge selection of teas and coffee, beautiful long white fluffy towels in bathroom couldn't ask for more ,continental breakfast help yourself as comfy chairs in room .glad I chose Filey Grange Guest House ❤️ Stephen & Alison.

Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. James made us feel welcome ; he was very helpful. Loved the extra thought that made our stay enjoyable. Nice breakfast cereals, fruit , yoghurts and fresh orange . Fresh milk in the fridge in the room ; help yourself to breakfast and and take to your room . Complimentary toiletries; very nice. Really close to shops , beach , and restaurants. And close to Glen Gardens where we love to sit and look out to sea ..
