The Lighthouse Flat

Situated on the second floor of a seafront building near the Yacht Club, this self-contained apartment gives you the run of the whole place—two bedrooms, one bathroom, and space for four.

The living area is open-plan, with sofas, a wall-mounted television and board games to hand. The kitchen is fully fitted: you have an oven, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine and everything else needed to cook proper meals or knock together breakfast. One bedroom holds a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room; the other has two single beds. The main bathroom combines a bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail and a backlit mirror. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is allocated parking on-site. The town centre is close by, with shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. No smoking inside the property.

This is a working seaside town with a long promenade, beaches for swimming and rockpooling, and easy access to the Yorkshire coast in either direction. Glen Gardens—a public park with viewpoints over the sea—sits less than a mile away. Filey Golf Club is also within reach if you're a golfer. Arrive after 4pm; checkout is before 10am.
