What visitors say
What can I say this caravan park is up there with the best, it's so tranquil and peaceful with amazing views a stone throw from many beaches and it's many local small towns and villages including Dyserth water falls and many more attracions where you can go shopping and sight seeing to your hearts content. It's situated in an area of outstanding beauty with the most breathtaking sunsets over looking the valleys and mountains. The site is beautiful clean with each caraven having there own garden and parking place I'm so happy with my caravan here and the owner Louis is such a genuine guy who makes you feel welcome and part of the Pen Y Glol family.

Pen Y Glol caravan park is the most peaceful and calming place I know. It has been our escape from day to day stresses and a sanctuary to us both. The site is beautifully laid out and maintained, with walks through woodland for yourself and your 4 legged friends 🐾🐶. Unfortunately, due to my husbands health we are very sorry to be reluctantly letting our "little piece of heaven" go 😪 Happiest memories of Pen Y Glol and wishes to all there and future park residents, you are all blessed

I know the caravan trade pretty well through business and after a bad experience elsewhere was sceptical about taking on another caravan at Pen Y Glol - my fears were thankfully completely unfounded as this is a lovely quiet site , extremely well run and a 10 month season which is good. No Bingo , Entertainment or kids playgrounds - just trees , wildlife and peace and quiet. Ian is a really nice bloke and Peter and Ann are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you enjoy the countryside but still only 30 minute drive from Liverpool and Cheshire and you can be on the beaches by car in 10 minutes.

My wife and I bought our first ever caravan on this site in July 2014, and we have been delighted by the experience so far. There is a real community feeling around the site, and being novices we have really appreciated the support and assistance from Pete, Ann and Ian. We have spent a lot of time there making it into a "home from home" and everyone on the site has been friendly and helpful. we feel very much at home and are extremely glad we chose this park. We hope to stay here for many years to come, and look forward to every visit!
