Glan Llyn Annex
Flintshire
Holywell and its surroundings offer genuine reasons to visit. St Winefride's Well, one of Wales's Seven Wonders, sits in the market town alongside the ruins of 12th-century Basingwerk Abbey. The Clwydian Range, Offa's Dyke Pathway and Pennant Walk all begin within reach, and four golf courses dot the area. Conway Castle and Snowdonia are roughly an hour away. Glan Llyn Annex is positioned to make the most of this landscape.
The annexe is a single-storey space for two, privately yours with off-street parking. Ground-floor living means no stairs; the open-plan room combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas with bi-fold doors onto an enclosed patio. A king bed sits in the bedroom. The shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. You get electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels as standard. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave—or there's a breakfast table for simpler meals. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV with Netflix, board games and garden views. One small dog stays free.
The setting is rural; Holywell's amenities are a short drive rather than on the doorstep. No smoking indoors.
