Maes y Falwen works well for families needing space to spread out, couples wanting a full property to themselves, or groups of friends looking for somewhere to base a North Wales trip. The house has three bedrooms—one double, another double, and a third with two singles—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, the kitchen comes equipped for proper cooking, and there's a separate living room for relaxing in the evenings. The enclosed garden has a sitting area and gas barbecue for outdoor meals, and you can park two cars on site. The village of Nercwys sits within reach of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley, both good for walking and cycling. Mold, the nearest market town, is a short drive away for shops and cafes. Chester and the North Wales coast are also accessible as day trips. No smoking inside the property.
