The Beach House sits on the Fylde Coast in St Annes-on-the-Sea, within easy reach of the sandy beach and seafront. A handful of independent shops, pubs and restaurants line the streets nearby, and Ashton Gardens—with its play areas and bowling greens—is a short walk away. St Annes Square, the town's heart, has a more continental feel than you might expect. For those with time to explore further, Fleetwood, Cleveleys and Poulton-le-Fylde are all manageable drives, and the train station is half a mile off if you want to leave the car behind.
The property is a semi-detached period house arranged over two floors. Downstairs holds the living room, where you'll find a smart TV and DVD player, and a kitchen-diner equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine all present. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, the other with two singles. There is one bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. An enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue opens off the main space; there is bike storage and on-road parking outside.
The house takes four people and one pet stays free. No smoking indoors. A travel cot and high chair are available if needed.
