About EsJays at Knowles House
Breakfast and a quiet garden are the starting point at EsJays at Knowles House, a small B&B on Knowles Road in Lytham St Annes. With just two rooms, it has the feel of a family-run stay rather than a hotel, with drinks available in the room and outdoor seating in the garden for guests who want to sit outside.
Both rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Free WiFi is provided throughout, and practical extras such as luggage storage, laundry service and 24 hour reception make it a straightforward base whether staying for a night or longer. Pets are welcome, and free nearby parking takes away one of the usual hassles of a seaside visit.
The location suits those keen to explore on foot or by bike, with walking and cycling routes nearby, along with golf, fishing and horse riding for anyone wanting to fill the day. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are within easy reach, and the seafront and wider attractions of Lytham St Annes are close at hand.
