🚵♂️ BIKE PARK REVIEW – FLYUP 417 🚵♂️ Another brilliant day spent at Flyup 417 Bike Park and it’s easy to understand why it’s one of the UK’s top mountain bike destinations. This time I took the Focus Sam² 6.8 e-bike along with an e-bike pass, which gave me the best of both worlds. Rather than relying on the uplift all day, I rode back up via the push-up track using Eco mode only, allowing me to rack up plenty of descending whilst still getting a solid workout in. The Bosch motor provided just enough assistance to keep the climbs comfortable without taking away the physical effort, making for a great training day as well as a great riding day. The Focus absolutely came alive on the descents. From flowing berms and rollers to rooty technical sections and jumps, the bike felt planted, predictable and confidence-inspiring throughout. The combination of the Sam²’s capability and the huge variety of trails at the 417 meant there was always another line to explore and another feature to session. What really stands out at Flyup 417 is the progression on offer. Whether you’re new to mountain biking or an experienced rider looking to push your limits, there’s something for everyone. The trails are exceptionally well maintained, the atmosphere is friendly, and the facilities are spot on. As a triathlete and cyclist, I love how mountain biking develops skills that road riding simply can’t – balance, line choice, bike handling, reactions and confidence. Every visit leaves me a stronger and more rounded rider. A fantastic day on the bike, plenty of descending, plenty of smiles, and even managed to sneak in some extra training on the climbs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an excellent day at Flyup. We visited on Thursday the 11th of June and there was only four riders so we had a personal uplift and unique session. The tracks are very well maintained and have a wide variety of levels. The shop was good although I would have liked to buy a coat but these were not stocked. The toilets were clean but there isn't very many so I imagine on busy days this could be a potential issue. On our visit there was no issue as only few riders. The uplift service was great. We had the pleasure of meeting the driver Lloyd. He was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Lloyd made our day great and the service was very efficient. Thank you!

Absolute brilliant day out for my son and his friend. The boys managed most of the runs with no waiting around for the lift ups. Both boys did blue and red trails and thoroughly enjoyed their day with you. We also hired bikes for the day which made the day easier without packing up bikes. Thank you for a brilliant day out.
