What guests say
Stayed here for 4 days. An absolutely beautiful hotel set in a stunning location. The gardens are amazing so much colour. The rooms were a good size, clean and spacious. The breakfast tasted really good and there was plenty to eat. There’s plenty of selection on the drinks and not too badly priced I’d say, most importantly the drinks were ice cold! The spa was nice and relaxing and the water a lovely temperature, there’s also a hot tub. All the staff there are brilliant, from cleaners to bar staff and even managed to get a pic with the genaral manager who was so friendly and stopped for a chat which you don’t see very often! All in all well worth the money. Thankyou for a super time! We’ll be back and I’d highly recommend this to anybody. There’s also great links into town!

Honestly cannot fault our experience at the hotel. We chose to stay here as they are dog friendly. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was superb. Honestly had one of the best hotel/spa experiences I've ever had. Will definitely return in the future.

We absolutely loved our 4-night stay! The atmosphere was beautiful, our room was fantastic (#3), everyone was so kind, the breakfasts were delicious, and spa wonderful! We had our first afternoon tea at your restaurant and Bethany really made it extra special for us, ensuring dietary requirements were met, there was a smooth service and she carefully explained everything to us. As an aside, she was often our breakfast server, too, and an absolute gem. Nat was also our server most mornings and she was brilliant! All of the staff were great, but people like Bethany and Nat went above and beyond and it is the exceptional service we got from them that would have us rate here a 10/10. We would absolutely return and highly recommend to family and friends.
