I recently froze my membership for 3 months due to a medical issue, now I've returned i noted that the showers/lockers/toilets still haven't been fixed. In fact in one men's toilet in the swimming area none of the taps work, so how are you supposed to wash your hands, this is basic hygiene which needs sorting! The pools are excellent but are let down by the ancillary facilities. The whole facility seems to have gone down hill since Freedom Leisure took over, they must be saving money on their maintenance team because nothing seems to be fixed when it goes wrong.

Attended the European Kempo championships here recently. It's a great venue, with great facilities and the centre was clean and well serviced. Just one little, little thing was it would have been great if the cafes were at full operation levels as it have a profitable spell for the centre. We had to go and get drinks and food so think they missed a trick. GREAT PLACE

Great pools, great timetable. However, the toilet and shower facilities are disgraceful! About 8 shower cubicles, only 2 doors actually work. All in a discusting state of repair and cleanliness, as are the toilets. Been like this for over 12 months... awful!

Sorry but your parking charge of £4.20 is disgusting, even after giving half of it back if the customer can be bothered to queue up again to get the refund. Not only that, but the grotty machine makes it easy to pay the £4.20 for 0 minutes. Typical council - spends as much time asset stripping as it does virtue signaling and fining the poor buggers that live there.

People say this leisure center offers great swimming pools with good water temperature, a wide variety of facilities including a gym and badminton courts, and friendly staff.

Other reviews mention the facilities can be poorly maintained and customer service can be unhelpful.
