The Wheatsheaf is a newly built ground-floor apartment designed as a complete retreat for two. Everything sits on one level: an open-plan living and dining space, a separate kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a bedroom with a king bed, and a shower room. The setup means no stairs to navigate, and the layout flows naturally from one area to the next without feeling cramped.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Both the living room and bedroom have smart TVs. Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. The apartment has its own parking space and sits within a mile of the coast. Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile—home to the Pleasure Beach, pier, promenade and Sea Life Centre—is eight miles away. Closer to hand are amusement arcades, crazy golf, go-kart tracks, fish and chips shops, and a pub. For something different, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens and Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park are both within reach. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
