The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking from scratch—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, air fryer and combi microwave included—and a separate utility room has washing and tumble-drying. A wood-burning stove heats the living space on cooler days. Outside, the garden has a covered outdoor kitchen, loungers and a hammock, with parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet stays free.
