This is the best hotel I've stayed in whilst working away. Such a warm friendly welcome and environment. The food has been delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, spacious, and a good temperature. There's plenty of onsite parking. Everything was reasonably priced too. Thank you.

Have used the hotel many times with no issues hence booking again, however my room Number 10 which is adjacent to the main hotel was unsatisfactory. The hotel lists a room with several usable additions such as TV, iron etc. The fan provided did not work, the toilet did not flush, which embarrassingly was left unplugged on my check out. When I mentioned these issues, all I got was an apology and then told that they'd sort it because they couldn't put someone in that room with things not working. However did not provide me with any deduction for my stay. I found this to be very unprofessional and for someone who is a regular at the hotel. There was no incentive to return.

Stayed here for a couple of days whilst attending a funeral in the area. It's such a beautiful building, extremely friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, tidy comfortable. Hopefully we left it in a good clean condition (room 29) Many thanks Mr & Mrs Edwards.
