A sprawling expanse of sand stretches for 4 miles along this stretch of the Gwynedd coast, pinched between craggy headlands and backed by grassy dunes. Parking here is limited, which means the beach stays relatively quiet. Beach Cottages - Neigwl puts you steps from the shoreline with a front garden and sitting area facing the water.
The cottage is ground-floor throughout, which matters if anyone has mobility concerns. You get three bedrooms (one double, two singles), one shower room, and a living space anchored by a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there's a games room with a pool table shared with other properties on the site. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. If you're travelling with small children, a travel cot and highchair are available.
On-site parking fits two cars, and there's an electric charging point. No smoking is permitted inside. The beach itself is the main draw—swimming, walking, and exploring the headlands are all within minutes of the door.

Favourite spot on the Llyn. Wild, remote, beautiful. Often used by nudists, as so vast and sparse, and plenty of space for this. Family-friendly. Great spot for naturalists as well as naturists: I've seen dolphins from the shore, and the cliffs are full of sand martins. One of the Llyn's untouched wonders.

Fabulous beach . Very stoney. High on the beach lovely sand nearer to the waters edge. A very windy day when I visited but gorgeous

Parking available, free if you are a national trust member which is a bonus! Toilets aren't great but at least they have them. A little cafe by the beach as well. Dogs were allowed on leads. Down hill from car park to the beach, not too strenuous!

A beautiful expanse of beach. Popular with surf/kite boarders, paddle boarders etc. Parking is free but the actual car park is small- no more than 10-12 cars. There is parking along the lane the car park is off though. Can get busy (For Wales). Beach is sandy when the tide is out and you can walk for ages and lose yourself in the bracing sea air. Amazing.
