The property sits directly across the road from Tywyn's sandy beach; the dog-friendly stretch is within easy reach. The town centre—with its restaurants, pubs, leisure centre, shops and cinema—is a five-minute walk away. One car can park at the rear of the property. The apartment is not a smoking environment.
