Tywyn Beach House

Tywyn's seafront draws families and water-sports enthusiasts year-round, with Snowdonia National Park inland and the town centre a short walk away. Tywyn Beach House is a contemporary property sleeping seven across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged over two floors with the main living spaces upstairs to make the most of views across the bay. Ground floor holds two double bedrooms, each with a shower room or ensuite, plus a third bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out single. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the living and dining areas have a smart TV and DVD player.

The house comes with essentials covered: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There's an external utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Private parking fits two cars on site. The large back garden has patio furniture and a barbecue, and a glass balcony captures the western light and views towards Bardsey Island. Two sea kayaks are available to use, and a storage area keeps bikes and boards secure. The property is non-smoking.

Tywyn Leisure Park, restaurants, pubs, shops and a cinema are within easy reach. Cader Idris is roughly a ten-minute drive inland, and the beaches themselves are on the doorstep for families looking to spend time in the water or on sand. One dog is welcome to stay.
