Bodrydd - Bodrydd

Bodrydd is a converted barn on a working farm in rural Gwynedd, designed to accommodate large groups—whether extended families, reunions or celebrations. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms sleep up to 14 people across the whole property. Five of the bedrooms have king beds (some with accompanying singles); one has three singles in a zip-and-link arrangement. Four bedrooms have en-suites; a shared wet room serves the others. Travel cots and highchairs are provided, and one dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The ground floor combines a spacious living room with a 60-inch television, wood-burning stove and games room (pool table, gaming consoles), alongside a kitchen and dining area equipped for cooking and entertaining. French doors open onto a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. A utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The heated plunge pool (available from the morning after arrival) and baby grand piano are available for guests. Wifi, bed linen, towels, and electricity are included; underfloor heating throughout. The 2-acre grounds—shared with other properties on the site—include coarse fishing lakes, though the unfenced water requires supervision with young children.

Bodrydd sits on the owners' beef farm, near the Gwynedd coast. The surrounding area suits families wanting outdoor space alongside rural quietness. An electric car charging point is available (£10 per day, paid directly). Private parking accommodates three cars, with a further five spaces in the onsite car park. No smoking.
