Bodwennol
Gwynedd
Bodwennol overlooks Aberdyfi golf course and estuary from a hillside position in Gwynedd. It's a contemporary house designed around those views: the ground floor opens through bi-fold doors onto a patio that runs the full width of the building, and the living space is arranged to make the most of what's outside. A kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave sits within the open-plan ground floor, alongside a dining area and lounge. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room with heated towel rail.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link super king bed that can be split into singles on request, and a bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The house sleeps six. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are included, as is heating via an air source heat pump with underfloor heating throughout. The property is yours alone, with private parking for three cars and a back garden with patio furniture. It does not permit smoking. Note that there are CCTV cameras outside the building.
