Dolphin Beach House

Dolphin Beach House is thoroughly equipped for longer stays or family gatherings. The kitchen has electric oven and hob, oil range, microwave and dishwasher; a utility room holds the washing machine. Three bathrooms serve the four bedrooms—one ensuite with spa bath, another with roll-top bath and separate shower. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. The woodburner is fuelled too.

Ground floor offers a living room (without television) and dining room. Upstairs, a second living room has a smart TV and sofa bed, while the bedrooms contain a king bed, single bed, and two further doubles or kings. A travel cot and highchair are available. Front and back gardens give outdoor space; the front has patio, furniture, gas BBQ and chiminea, while parking fits three cars.

Sand and sea are directly accessible via steps from the garden—no road between you and the beach. Tywyn itself is walkable away, with independent shops, cafés and the Tal-y-Llyn Railway. The Wales Coastal Path runs past the house. Cader Idris is a 15-minute drive, and Snowdonia National Park surrounds the area. One dog is welcome; smoking is not permitted.
