Ty Traeth is a renovated beachfront property built on an unconventional plan: bedrooms downstairs, living spaces up. Two ground-floor bedrooms with kingsize beds and a bathroom serve the sleeping quarters, while upstairs the living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the bay. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a gas cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.
The house sits moments from Tywyn's town centre—a five-minute walk brings you to shops, restaurants, pubs and a cinema—and the beach itself is within a mile. The location suits anyone interested in water sports or simply being on the coast; Cardigan Bay stretches in front of you. Snowdonia National Park and Cader Idris are nearby for inland exploration. A public car park is close by, and Tywyn Leisure Park is within reach for other activities. One dog is welcome. No smoking inside.
