The three bedrooms—one with a king bed and balcony, one with a double and single, one with bunks—sleep seven across a single bathroom with separate bath and shower. A sunroom opens directly onto the garden; the living area has a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and essentials including electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard.

The village of Mynytho sits a mile from both the coast and a local pub. Porthdinllaen beach is within reach for a day out, and the surrounding countryside offers straightforward walking and cycling without needing to travel far. One small to medium-sized dog is welcome to stay. No smoking inside the property.
