Aberdovey sits where the Dovey estuary meets Cardigan Bay, and Minafon puts you on the seafront within easy reach of the village's pubs, shops and restaurants. The Dovey Inn is nearby for evening walks. From here you can explore Eryri National Park's peaks and valleys—Cadair Idris dominates the inland skyline—or spend time on the beach and coastal paths that border the property itself.
The house spreads across four floors with six bedrooms and five bathrooms, sleeping up to 12. The ground floor holds a kitchen with electric and induction hobs, dishwasher and American fridge-freezer, plus a breakfast area and utility room with two washing machines. A living room with smart TV occupies the first floor. Bedrooms vary: one kingsize with ensuite on the second floor, a double and two further kingsize bedrooms with a shared shower room on the same level, and two smaller bedrooms (single beds) with a shower room on the top floor. A tiered rear garden with patio and gas barbecue provides outdoor space, and parking permits cover three cars. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi are included; a travel cot and highchair are available. One well-behaved pet stays free. The house is non-smoking.
