Sunset Bay Beach House

Sunset Bay Beach House is a three-storey property on the Gwynedd coast with uninterrupted views across the bay. The ground floor holds a shower room and single bedroom; the first floor is an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen and bunk bedroom; the second floor contains two further bedrooms—both kingsize—one with its own ensuite and the other with a full bathroom. The large balcony, furnished for outdoor use, runs the length of the property and faces west towards the water.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking from scratch, with an electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included, along with wifi and parking for three cars on site. The property is yours alone—no shared facilities or other guests. One dog is welcome.

Tywyn town centre is a five-minute walk away, offering restaurants, shops, leisure facilities and the Talyllyn Railway. The Mawddach and Dovey Estuaries are nearby, as are Cader Idris and the edge of Snowdonia. No smoking inside the property.
