Couples and families of four will find The Mill works well as a base for the Llyn Peninsula. Two bedrooms – one double, one with singles – sit on the ground floor alongside a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living and dining space has a woodburner and conservatory, both with doors onto the enclosed garden, which has a play area and sitting space with a BBQ. A utility room with washing machine, full kitchen with dishwasher and electric cooking, and Wi-Fi throughout mean you can settle in easily. One dog stays free. Bed linen and towels are provided; heating and electricity are included in the price.
This stretch of coast has beaches within minutes, including the blue-flag Dinas Dinlle with views across the bay. Porthdinllaen village, home to a beachside pub, is close by. Inland, you're near Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon Castle, and towns like Pwllheli, Criccieth and Porthmadog with its narrow-gauge railway. Walking trails and cycle routes cross the peninsula, and there's fishing and water sports nearby. The property sits accessed by a rough track; it's non-smoking and accessed at ground level with one step to the entrance.
