Step into Tryfar House and you're in a sitting room with a wood burner, Freeview TV, and direct access to a small rear courtyard. The kitchen sits alongside with breakfast space, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms occupy the first floor: two doubles at 4ft 6in and one single bed. The shower room has a walk-in enclosure. One dog travels free; there is parking for a single car, and Wi-Fi covers the property. Bed linen and towels are provided, as are the basics—electricity and central heating.
Harlech sits on the Gwynedd coast within Eryri National Park, a few minutes' walk down to sand dunes and beaches. The town centre holds a small grocer, cafés, a pub, and ice cream parlour, plus the 13th-century castle that dominates the hillside. The Royal St. David's Golf Club lies a short walk downhill. Walkers and cyclists head for miles of coastline, the Wales Coast Path, or inland to Nantcol waterfalls a few miles out. Barmouth, Porthmadog with its steam railways, and Portmeirion village are all within easy driving distance. The area draws climbers, kayakers, and mountain bikers year-round.
