Verbier

Verbier arrives ready for occupation. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered. The kitchen is fitted for actual cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, combi microwave and coffee machine—rather than makeshift meals. Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails. A wood burner is set up in the main living space with initial fuel supplied. Outside, there is parking for two cars and a garden with seating, a terrace and a barbecue.

The house sits above the Dyfi Estuary in Aberdyfi, facing south across the water. Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining area opens onto a balcony via full-length doors. Bedrooms are arranged across both floors: a super king on the ground level, a double, two singles and a further king on the first floor. Smart TVs, Netflix and Amazon Prime are set up for entertainment. The Wales Coast Path runs within walking distance, offering direct access to the shoreline and longer routes along the Ceredigion coast.

This is a no-smoking property. It suits groups of friends or extended families wanting separate sleeping quarters and a shared entertaining space, or anyone planning a longer stay in Cardigan Bay.
