St Elmo

Hayling Island draws families and couples back year after year for its sandy beaches and easy-going seaside feel. St Elmo sits a short way from the seafront, a three-bedroom house with private parking and enough space for five people. The bedrooms vary—a kingsize upstairs, a double on the first floor, and a single on the ground floor—with a full bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. One dog is welcome.

The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The living and dining space flows into one room, with a Smart TV and doors out to the back garden, where there's a patio and seating. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Arrive after 3pm, leave by 10am. The house is non-smoking throughout.
