Fun Abounds Trampoline Centre

Come here once many occasions, always for my kids and highly recommend. Came as part of a local youth community group on this occasion so was a great for the kids feel like they had the place to themselves. Already planning a return trip for the summer. Amazing use of space they everywhere you look there is something to do and enjoy. Great amount of seating and good size accommodating cafe with reasonable pricing

She arrived with her friends, excited for a fun session, and she had brought her own proper grip socks (the kind specifically designed for trampoline parks with non-slip dots on the bottom). These were clean, in good condition, and ones she's used safely at other similar venues before. However, when she went to check in and pay, the staff informed her that she wasn't allowed to use her own socks and would have to remove them and buy a pair of Urban Jump's branded ones instead. This came as a complete surprise to her, as there was no clear prior warning about this strict "only our socks" rule when we looked into the visit or on any obvious signage she noticed. As a result, she had to use the money she'd brought along specifically for food and snacks to cover the cost of the Urban Jump socks. After paying for her jump session and the mandatory socks, she was left with no money at all for anything else during her time there. She's now really upset and called me in tears because she's stuck without any cash for a drink, snack, or anything small while her friends can get something. I understand parks have safety rules around grip socks, but enforcing only branded ones—and not accepting clean, suitable alternatives—feels unfair, especially for a child who came prepared. It put her in an awkward and stressful position, having to choose between following the rule and going hungry/thirsty, or missing out on the fun she'd been looking forward to. I'd really appreciate it if someone could look into this policy, explain why outside grip socks aren't permitted (even if they're equivalent), and perhaps consider some flexibility or a refund/compensation for the unnecessary sock purchase in this case. Great place to have trampolines indoors. Open on weekends. Food is also available inside to purchase. A session will last for an hour. Advanced booking is recommended, however, you can buy tickets at the entrance based on the avalability.

Visited today with 2 toddlers with needs. As usual the staff were fantastic and helpful. Sienna went above and beyond playing with my child on the trampolines while I was dealing with my other child. Planning my retuen next week. Thank you.
