The ground floor holds an open-plan living space with a woodburner, separate dining area, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs are a bedroom with a kingsize bed and another with two singles. Essentials including electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered; a basket of fuel for the woodburner is provided, with more available if needed. A cot and highchair can be arranged in advance.

The property sits on a working farm in countryside south of Ludlow, with an enclosed garden and patio, garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. There is parking for two cars on site. A country pub lies roughly three miles away, and Stockton Bury Gardens—a local attraction with a café—is within reach for a day out. Ludlow town centre, with its independent shops and restaurants, is about fifteen minutes' drive. The location suits families and people travelling with pets, which stay free; smoking is not permitted inside.
