Ludlow's medieval streets and food scene lie within reach, as do walking trails across the Herefordshire countryside and the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The region moves at an unhurried pace, with market towns, riverside paths, and local pubs scattered through the landscape. Shire's End sits among this, a handcrafted underground retreat built from Sherwood Forest timber.
The property sleeps two and contains a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a shower room, and an open-plan living space with kitchen. Large circular windows frame the surrounding fields. Electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. Outside there is garden seating, a firepit and barbecue, plus parking for two cars on site. No smoking indoors.
This is a couple's hideaway rather than a family base, though a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
