Five-star touring park a mile and a half from Ludlow Castle
About Ludlow Touring Park
Ludlow Touring Park occupies a helpful spot on Overton Road, close enough to wander into town for the Saturday market or a pint yet open enough to feel properly rural. The five-star site—a regional winner in national touring guides—offers ninety-five pitches ranging from hardstanding and super-pitches to grass, all well suited to tents, caravans and motorhomes. Most come with electric hook-up and water and waste disposal points, and there's free WiFi across the park, a shop, laundry and motorhome service point for those on longer tours.
Families have a dedicated play area, while dog owners appreciate the secure exercise field complete with its own wash station—ideal after muddy walks into Mortimer Forest or along the nearby footpaths. An adult-only section is available for anyone after a quieter stay. The location just off the A49 makes it a convenient stop for those touring the Marches or breaking a journey between the Midlands and Wales, with Ludlow's castle, church and excellent restaurants all within easy reach.

What visitors say
A beautiful, well maintained site in lovely peaceful surroundings. The facilities were keeped spotlessly clean at all times. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for visiting Ludlow, we chose to walk @ 30 mins. Due to the extreme heat we caught the local bus back to the site entrance.

Another amazing success by Morris Leisure. Very well kept site. Good pitches with plenty of privacy space. Toilet and showers were spot on, 👌 👍 The team running the site are great friendly people, always helpful and working hard to make it a relaxed enjoyable experience. Bus to Ludlow and Leominster picks up from the site entrance. Lovely local walks and scenery.

As others have said this is a superb site. Generous pitches very well kept and excellent clean facilities. Great showers with copious hot water, good wash up and laundry. Very peaceful with only an occasional train in the distance. Bus stop outside the gate to Ludlow and Leominster or beyond. All in all a very good site. Only downsides are it is a bit expensive and the friday night fish & chips were a real let down (nothing different to what you can buy in a supermarket and shove in the oven) but i guess that is a little out of the control of the site.
